What is the shelf life of the mass in the jars in a gift set?
When stored in unopened containers at room temperature (5–23 degrees), the mixture has a shelf life of approximately 6 months. It may last longer.
Why are there two spoons in the gift set?
At the slightest contact between the two components, there is a risk that they will harden in the jars. It is therefore advisable to use 2 separate spoons to remove the mixture. If you start kneading straight away, then of course 1 spoon is also fine!
How long do I have to wait for my order?
Delivery time within Austria and Germany is typically 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment notification. If delivered items exhibit obvious material or manufacturing defects—including damage incurred during shipping—please report such defects to us within 7 days. If this reporting deadline is missed, you will no longer be able to assert a claim for damages.
